Our second day at Sand Dunes we took a nice hike and enjoyed creation. It was the first time I've ever seen cacti anyplace other than pots! Aidan loved them and calls then "ouch"es.
That afternoon we packed up our tents and gear and drove back north to Colorado Springs and went to Garden of the Gods. I really enjoyed the formations and hearing the fun names they've been given. Last picture in this set is called "Kissing Camels" - can you see it?
