Aidan and I just came back from a women's (and babies' hehe) retreat up in Excelsior Springs. Our speaker was Susan Hunt. She is such a blessing. So many women from her generation are disconnected with all that is going on around them and unable to connect with younger people. Younger people don't often do a great job connecting with older people either for that matter. However, it is evident that she so pours her heart and soul into women of all ages every single day that God continues to teach her new ways to encourage and admonish us. I feel brimfull of information and inspiration after how wonderfully she speaks the Truth about Biblical womanhood.

And the big news of the week: Aidan grew 6 ounces in 7 days!!!! He's was up to 21lbs 6oz on Friday!!!
