There's a man, we'll call him "mike," somewhere in the city who isn't very happy with us. He's never met us, doesn't know anything about us beyond our names, but he doesn't like us at *all*.
It seems that we haven't done the best job getting our new phone number out and he has our old one. A number of you have had not-so-pleasant mini-conversations with him and I think I may have even heard from one of you that his name is, in fact, Mike.
Our apologies to all of you who have had to find out that the hard way that we've changed numbers, and for Mike's sake, if you haven't (successfully) called us in the last three months, jot me an email to make sure you have the right number.
